West Lagoon
Take time out during WOW (Week of Welcome) and join us at the West Lagoon as we relax and find our mind and body balance! We will explore various poses, movement flows, and breathing exercises that promote fitness and wellness. Saturday’s class will be more focused on strength-training and flowing through asanas or poses. Sunday’s class will explore restorative yoga that promotes flexibility of not just the body, but the mind as well. All classes are beginner-friendly.
