According to the Workplace Bullying Institute (WBI), 33% of Americans reported being bullied in the workplace in 2010. Workplace bullying is becoming increasingly common and has a negative impact on individuals and the organization.
The purpose of this session is to provide information, resources, and best practices for recognizing, stopping, and preventing bullying in the workplace. The definition of workplace and cyberbullying and the effects of bullying on individuals and the organization will be discussed.
