Professor Kristen Borre, students in ENVS 210: Introduction to Sustainable Food Systems, and other students will lead a discussion on food experiences of college students at NIU. They will present suggestions for how to address the problems of food insecurity on campus.

This interactive presentation will also feature a lunch provided by Huskie Harvest. These meals are packed by nutrition students using leftover catering food to prevent food from being thrown in the trash. 

This event is in conjunction with the "Good Food" exhibit currently on display at the Pick Museum of Anthropology.
