A JobsPLUS Event in partnership with NIU Athletics and Student-Athlete Academic Support Services.
Organized and hosted by Dale Brown, Graduate Assistant for JobsPLUS, and Daron Brown, Graduate Assistant for SAASS. Facilitated by Dr. Melissa Fickling, Assistant Professor in the Department of Counseling and Higher Education.
You ever wonder what life after college is like?
Join us at “What’s Next?” This is an event to expose students to transitions that happen now and as you enter the “real world.” You will get a chance to meet and interact with fellow students, NIU alumni, NIU faculty, and staff who have gone through transitions that could be in your future. At the end of the night walk out with a plan on how to formulate different transition strategies and gain confidence on how to navigate them successfully. Also, there will be free food!!
Advanced registration for students is required here: http://go.niu.edu/jobsplusevents. Attendees must be able to arrive by the event start time and remain until the end of the event.
NIU alumni and others interested in the event may register here: http://go.niu.edu/Spring20Volunteers
