Week of Welcome is Wednesday, Aug. 21, through Sunday, Aug. 25, 2024. Our WOW program is an extension of orientation and is your introduction to NIU.

WOW welcomes new Huskies to campus with programs and events designed to help you meet new people and learn about NIU traditions and resources. It’s the best way to get started at NIU! All new undergraduate students are expected to participate in WOW, one of our biggest annual traditions on campus. Huskies say it's an easy way to meet people and start making NIU feel like home. We’ll see you there!
