Studies show that employees who feel appreciated and recognized in the workplace are likely to be more productive on the job. Supervisors and managers often believe you need to spend a lot of money to properly show appreciation to their employees, this is not true. This workshop is designed to share some different ways you can help your employees feel recognized and we will also discuss things you should avoid.
