Virtual Event
This is a group for college students who are looking to gain coping strategies to enhance their mental health. This group is tool-based and also offers participants the opportunity to share their emotions and experiences. Participants will leave each group with applicable ways to help enhance their lives.
When: Every Monday from 5 to 6 p.m., April 4 to May 2, 2022.
Where: Virtually via Zoom.
Cost: $25 for all five sessions.
Group Facilitator: Megan Fell, a clinical intern earning her M.S.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a focus on Trauma Counseling.
