About this Event
Dance your way to a healthier you in the comfort of your own home!
This class is the ideal mix of fitness and dance! Using hit songs from past decades, this dance-based HIIT workout involves repeating simple dance moves to increase the heart rate (no burpees or push-ups!) Low and high-intensity options will be shown for each dance move. Stretching included at the end of class.
This class is only offered virtually. Anyone can join the class, no membership or Fit Pass needed.
Classes are available to register 14 days from the date of class.
Non-Student Members Register for classes on Fusion.
Students can purchase a semester Fit Pass for unlimited Group Fitness classes.
Not a student or a member, want to drop in? Purchase a one class pass advance on Fusion or in person before class at the Welcome Desk at the Recreation Center.
Single Class Pass Students $5/Non-students $8
