About this Event
Hold, pulse and stretch your muscles in this full-body barre workout that focuses on strengthening and lengthening your body while focusing on posture and breath. This high-intensity but low-impact workout will strengthen your core, arms and legs all in one workout!

This class is only offered virtually. Anyone can join the class, no membership or Fit Pass needed.
Classes are available to register 14 days from the date of class.
Non-Student Members Register for classes on Fusion.
Students can purchase a semester Fit Pass for unlimited Group Fitness classes.
Not a student or a member, want to drop in? Purchase a one class pass advance on Fusion or in person before class at the Welcome Desk at the Recreation Center.
