Virtual information session for graduating Huskies

Join us on May 8 at 8 p.m. for an information session about commencement.  During this time, you'll learn about:

How to access and transfer your tickets to guests.

  • Student ticket limit.
  • Deadlines or important dates related to ticket distribution.  
  • Guest seating – First come, first-served. 
  • Explanation of how to access and manage guest tickets for the commencement ceremony. 
  • Step-by-step guide on transferring tickets to family and friends. 

What to expect on commencement day

  • Overview of outside food a drink policy, bag policy
  • Arrival time, parking, and check-in procedures. 
  • Length of ceremony 1.5 hours and walkthrough of the commencement day schedule, if applicable. 
  • Regalia 

Benefits of Being an Alumni Association Member

  • Introduction to the alumni association and its role in supporting graduates. 
  • Explanation of membership benefits, such as networking opportunities, career resources, and exclusive events. 

Question and Answer session.

  • Graduating students can ask questions related to guest tickets, logistics, or alumni association membership. 
  • Responses provided by the presenters or relevant university staff. 

We are also hosting a virtual information session for guests on Thursday, May 9.  Be sure to share the information with those you invite to commencement.
