Time Management and Organizational Skills

Are the invisible lists in your head keeping you up at night and weighing you down each morning? Do you feel as though you are constantly treading water and fighting to stay afloat rather than standing firm on the shoreline of life? Many professionals are finding their calendar jammed and their feelings of stress mounting. Trying to maintain a healthy work-life balance and keeping up with shifting norms related to COVID-19 creates a recipe for chaos and stress.

Sound all too familiar? Then take heart! This course will help you identify the best approach for you to take back your power by taking command of your day! The idea that one-size-fits-all isn’t true in clothing, and it isn’t true in time management and organization either. Learn how you can set up an optimal workspace and workflow to manage your workload so that you aren’t just surviving the day, but thriving in it. The goal of this training is to assist participants in getting more done and achieving a more satisfying work-life balance. You may be asked to complete a few tasks prior to the workshop to ensure the information is tailored to your needs. While not required, this will help you gain the most out of the workshop.
