In the journey of living, it is inevitable that we encounter major losses: moves, relationships, death. These losses leave us on a grief journey that is both intricate and deeply personal, requiring us to adapt to a forever-changed life. This presentation explores the concepts around grieving, as well as actions that foster resilience in the face of life’s big inevitabilities.
