Join this workshop where we will learn together about the 5 generations of people in the workplace. You will gain context to some historical events that have impacted these generations and the way they work. We’ll discuss some labels, both good and bad, placed on each generation. Then learn how we can give and take the best of ourselves and others to engage in  positive communication and an inclusive workplace. Presented by Rose M. J. Henton, Director of Prevention Education and Outreach within the Division of Academic Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
