The theme for our 2024 conference is "Opening Pathways to Embrace our Humanity," which represents the ability to enact transformative change that begins with access to opportunities for learning, truth-telling, trust- and relationship-building, and examining the effects of segregation, colonization and concentrated poverty toward addressing and enacting equitable and just outcomes.
