Teen STEM Café: White Hat Hackers: How you can break into a career in cybersecurity

Calling all teens!

White hat hackers are an integral part of the cybersecurity community. One of the strongest weapons in the fight against cyber criminals are ethical hackers, who penetrate the security of an online infrastructure to find and fix vulnerabilities before they become a security risk.

Join us at the next Teen STEM Café:

- Susie Armbrust, IT technical associate at the NIU Office of Information Security.

- Jennifer Fowler, cybersecurity analyst for Argonne National Laboratory and adjunct professor at Lewis University.

- Dr. James Leon, NIU instructor in the Department of Computer Science.
