TDOR Collaborative Art Project

Drop in during center hours to engage with a TDOR memorial art project to remember those impacted by anti-trans violence. Join us to contribute to the project, and share words of resilience and Trans allyship and action.  On Tuesday afternoon, engage with members of Prism's e-board while contributing in the project!  On Friday, check out the GSRC's social media (facebook: NIUGSRC; Instagram: NIU_GSRC) to see images of the finished product of our collaborative art project, honoring Trans lives, as contributed by the NIU community.

Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDOR) is an annual observance on November 20 that honors the memory of the transgender people whose lives were lost in acts of anti-transgender violence in the past year. Each year, NIU remembers those lost, honors reslience in our Trans community, and holds space for those impacted.
