Target's 2023 Diversity Leadership Symposium

Symposium dates and details:

• What is the Diversity Leadership Symposium? The Diversity Leadership Symposium is an opportunity for 100 rising Juniors to participate in a three-day conference inclusive of professional development, exposure to Target’s culture of Diversity and Inclusion, and the opportunity to interview for an internship position for the Summer of 2024.
• When/where is the Diversity Leadership Symposium? August 9^th- 11^th hosted virtually.
• Who is eligible to participate? Rising Juniors graduating between December 2024 and August 2025 who are interested in career opportunities with Target. 
• Is it open to all majors? Yes!
• Where do I apply? Students will apply to the program-specific posting that best fits their skills and interests. Applications can be found  Here and a detailed overview of programs is attached in the flyer. 
• Is there a deadline to apply? The application deadline is June 2^nd . 
• What's in it for students? Students will have the opportunity to virtually participate in workshops and events centered on personal and professional development, they will gain insight into Target’s Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, and will have the opportunity to interview for a Summer 2024 Internship! Additionally, they will have the opportunity to connect with other students across the country as well as leaders across Target in various fields.
