"Take Ten" to Take Back your Life: Meditation as a Daily Practice

This past year has left many of us physically and emotionally exhausted. One way to recharge and restore our wellbeing is through regular attention to our bodies' rhythms and signals. Taking time each day, even ten minutes, to still the mind and let go of worries for those precious minutes can make a measurable difference in your overall wellbeing and your tolerance for stress. In this workshop, we will discuss the benefits of meditation and try out a few different types of meditation to help you find the practice that works best for you. Presented by Suzanne Deggs-White, Department of Counseling and Higher Education
