Tai Chi: Mindful Movement for Relaxation
This session will be led by Dr. Paul Wright, a professor in the Department of Kinesiology and Physical Education and a certified Tai Chi instructor. Dr. Wright will teach selected movements from this gentle form of exercise that originated in China. The emphasis on mindful movement, deep breathing, and relaxation make this a wonderful self-care practice".
