About this Event
Feeling overwhelmed like you just can’t get everything done? Is your mind racing with distressing thoughts? Do you wish you had some way to de-stress and make sense of it all? Come to our stress circle to connect with others and to develop strategies to make your stressful times more manageable. Gain a sense of empowerment, hope, and control over your worries through shared ideas, motivation, and support, and practicing coping skills. Facilitated by EAP counselors. Please note this is not a therapy group but rather a skill building and social connection group.
