STEM Café: Farm of the Future: Food Systems Innovation and Vertical Farming

Food deserts, extreme weather, resource shortages. People may be surprised to learn how closely our food system is knit with climate change – and how precarious our current situation is. At the same time, innovative research and technology are making crop production more efficient and versatile.
