Artificial intelligence (AI) is everywhere. You probably rely on AI every day without even knowing it – any time you talk to Siri or ask Alexa, use GPS navigation or see social media advertising. In this camp, you’ll learn how developers apply AI to tackle real-world problems. You’ll use the technology and methods that tech industry professionals use, including Scrum methodology. Experience this innovative way of working as you take on roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner or Developer to complete a hands-on coding, gaming or robotics project. You’ll also meet tech industry professionals and learn about careers in tech fields.

In this camp, you’ll:

• Learn the methods teams use to work together in the tech industry.
• Gain a greater understanding of machine learning and predictive models.
• Learn about some of the moral issues that come up in AI and how researchers and developers can approach AI responsibly.
• Work collaboratively with fellow campers to complete a simulated real-world project.
