Explore robotic design and function, as well as the basic programming skills needed to make robots work. You’ll construct different robots designed to accomplish increasingly difficult tasks.
In this camp, you’ll:
- Learn the difference between a robot and a remote-controlled device.
- Identify and order the common components of robotic devices.
- Program instructions using simple block-based coding.
- Learn about other languages that can be used to program robots.
- Use the design cycle to solve problems and improve your robot designs.
- Work together in groups.
For students entering grades 6-9.
