View mapFood has the power to bring your fitness and performance to the next level. This interactive camp is led by a graduate student member of our nutrition team, covering topics including but not limited to:
- The role of food nutrients in sport and recovery.
- Timing of meals and snacks for best outcomes.
- Hydration.
- Responding to hunger, weight changes, energy levels and performance cues.
- Meal and snack ideas.
Come ready to learn knowledge and skills to last a lifetime.
This workshop includes group sessions and the use of a photo food logging app to stay connected with our facilitator between sessions. Join us in person or virtually!
Three-session series:
- Ages 26+ group: Mondays, Feb. 7, 21 and March 7, 7 to 8:30 p.m.
