Collective care is an essential aspect of any movement to bring our best selves and offer our highest service to el movimiento.  In this workshop, participants will be introduced to an intersectional framework for mental health, wellness and liberation; understand the importance of collective care, learn how to optimize their strengths, and reflect in a safe space to reset and emerge with a clear vision to plan the next steps para avansar nuestra comunidad towards healing, wellness, and purpose.
