Dr. Sharif Bey is Associate Professor of Art at Syracuse University. He is a teaching artist in ceramics, sculpture, art community programming and art education. Dr. Bey has published numerous articles in numerous research journals in art education. He was Senior Editor of the Journal of Social Theory in Art Education. Currently his artwork is on view in the exhibition “Excavations” at the Carnegie Museum of Natural History in Pittsburg, PA. , Oct 2, 2021- Mar 6, 2022
