About this Event
The busyness of life can keep our brains tied up with lengthy to-do lists and responsibilities that cause us to neglect the need to give our thoughts a little space to wander. This can leave us feeling disconnected from who we are and what we feel our purpose is in life. In this workshop, we'll use word imagery and creative expression to allow ourselves space for self-reflection,
self-expression and self-acceptance.
Presented by Suzanne Degges-White, professor and chair, Counseling and Higher Education.
