Self-Defense Seminar

Come join our 2-hour self-defense training seminar. Self-defense training not only helps you protect yourself, but others too. Plus, training helps you become physically and emotionally fit. Having the ability to defend yourself increases your self-esteem and boosts your confidence. In this 2-hour course, we will discuss and practice Situational awareness, practical self-defense techniques, and role-playing exercises to increase reaction time. Ages 16+. Advance registration is required at the Community Center or online.
