A savory soup with shitake mushrooms, cabbage, snow peas, ginger, and scallions.



Mongolian BBQ Beef

Marinated flank steak in a thick savory and sweet sauce accompanied by snow peas on a bed of garlic and ginger rice.

Eggplant and Spinach Curry

Spinach and Eggplant Curry is full of flavor and served over Japanese egg noodles with a hint of spiciness.



Asian Pears with Ginger Maple Syrup

Crisp Asian pears topped with a sweet maple-ginger syrup for a light and refreshing dessert.

 Delicate cake with the subtle flavors of green tea and honey melded together.
