Everyone has their own limits and boundaries, especially at work. Those work boundaries have changed drastically over the last 20 years with the inclusion of different genders, ages, races and so much more. We are working with diverse people with a variety of perspectives all the time. Sexual harassment has long been a boundary that has been broken both intentionally and unintentionally. The issue is so pervasive that there are now state and federal laws against sexual harassment. Most employers have their own specific sexual harassment or misconduct reporting and prevention policies and procedures. What is sexual harassment and what are the boundaries we all need to respect in the workplace?
