Rec Fitness: Small Group Training
Want to have fun and get a great workout led by a personal trainer in a small group format? Join Women on Weights, our free small- group training classes for students.
Be led through traditional set- and rep-style strength training and weight circuits to improve your strength and cardiovascular endurance. Whether you're a gym beginner or a regular at the Rec, this class is sure to offer you a fun and supportive environment to reach your fitness goals.
Dates: 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting Nov. 2 through 30 (no class Thursday, Nov. 23).
Meets at the Recreation Center PT Studio. Sign up for each class on Fusion. Log in with your student email/account. Class size is limited to eight participants.
