To bridge the gap between the different humanitarian and development actors (NGOs, institutions, agencies, etc.) and Haitian communities and their members (the primary humanitarian and development actors), so that survivors/members of crisis affected communities are the ones leading the responses to disasters and conflict, and linking these responses to the long-term development of their communities.
