Presidential Commission on the Status of Women (PCSW) presents, “Women, Life, and Freedom": Women's Struggle for Freedom in Iran

Join a panel of women scholars from Iran as they share their perspectives on events that led to protests and discuss the implications for the global community. Mehdi Semati, Ph.D., professor of journalism and chair of the Department of Communication, will serve as moderator.

This event is free and open to the NIU community — all students, staff and faculty are welcome.  We invite you to bring your brown bag lunch; coffee and dessert will be provided.

We encourage you to pre-register but walk-ins are also welcome.
