P2PO Requester Training
CANCELED - The training session for 1/31 from 1:15-4:15 has been canceled. Future training sessions are being scheduled now and will be communicated as soon as information is confirmed.
There are two roles established in the new P2PO system: Requesters and Approvers.
Requester training is required before you gain access to this portion of PeopleSoft FMS. There is a training session scheduled for Thursday, January 31 from 1:15 – 4:15 at Founders Memorial Library, Room 297. If you have been identified as a Requester and have not yet attended training, please email email@example.com to reserve your seat for this session.
Please note: beginning Jan. 2, 2019, all new FY19 NIU business that requires a purchase requisition must be submitted using electronic requisition workflow. Paper requisitions will only be accepted for changes to existing FY19 NIU business, or any NIU Foundation business. Check requests will continue to be processed using the existing form.
