Outdoor Adventures: Stargazing Night
Lyrids Stargazing Night at Afton Forest Preserve / DeKalb, IL
Our expert astrophysicist Ph.D. student staff member will educate and guide us on how to use a star chart to locate visible planets and constellations. Enjoy learning interesting stories and facts about the night sky.
Take advantage of enjoying the peak of Lyrids Meteor Shower happening this special night. We will also have a telescope for viewing.
Registration includes leadership, transportation, a late-night snack and hot drink.
