Outdoor Adventures: Stargazing Night
Our expert astrophysist Ph.D. student staff member will educate and guide us on how to use a star chart to locate visible planets and constellations. Enjoy learning interesting stories and facts about the night sky.
Take advantage of enjoying a full moon and the Orionid Meteor Shower happening this special night. We will also have a telescope for viewing.
Registration includes leadership, transportation, and a late-night snack and hot drink.
Date and Time(s): Friday, Oct. 21, from 11 p.m. to 1 a.m.
Registration cost: NIU student: $15, non-student: $25 by Tuesday, Oct. 18 at 11:59 p.m.
