Outdoor Adventures Stand-up Paddleboard Yoga (SUPYO) Workshops
Gain experience and learn stand-up paddleboard (SUP) and practice yoga while floating on the board in the pool. SUP is a fun activity that can challenge your balance and invigorate your core. Try out this popular activity, learn paddle skills and relax into yoga poses guided by instruction. SUP board, paddle and PFD (if needed) are provided. Ages 12+.
