Learn everything you need to enjoy standup paddleboarding (SUP) in the pool. SUP is a fun activity that can challenge your balance and invigorate your core. Each class is guided by instruction on how to stand, paddle and maneuver the board. Enjoy some fun games to help you practice your new skills.  Cool-down stretches will close the class, helping you relax and unwind. Registration includes rental of SUP, paddle and instruction. 

Date and Time(s): 3 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 26 or Sunday, April 23.

Registration cost/deadline: NIU student: $10, non-student: $20 by noon the day before the event.
