Take your practice to a whole new level with stand-up paddleboard (SUP) yoga on the board while floating in the pool. SUP is a fun activity that can challenge your balance and invigorate your core. Try out this popular activity, learn paddle skills and relax into yoga poses guided by instruction. SUP board, paddle and PFD (if needed) are provided. Ages 12 and up.
