Breathe in, breathe out, experience yoga on a standup paddleboard (SUP) floating in the pool. SUP is a fun activity that can challenge your balance and invigorate your core. Each week is another opportunity to gain experience finding stability to help with the instability and challenges of every day. Each class is guided by instruction aimed to challenge as well as relax and unwind. Registration includes SUP rental, paddle and instruction. 

Date and Time(s): 3 to 4:15 p.m. Sundays, Nov. 6 to Nov. 20. 

Registration cost: NIU student $10, non-student $20 by noon day of workshop.
