Gain experience and learn stand-up paddleboard (SUP). SUP is a fun activity that can challenge your balance and invigorate your core. Try out this popular activity and learn paddle skills, how to get on the board and get more comfortable with instructor support. SUP board, paddle and PFD (if needed) are provided. Ages 12 and up.
