Outdoor Adventures: Mindful Nature Yoga
Breathe in, breathe out. Join Outdoor Adventures at the West Lagoon and experience yoga outdoors in a natural environment surrounded by grass, trees, water and the sun. Yoga is a fun, yet challenging activity that can improve your balance and invigorate your core. Take this opportunity to destress and unwind. This productive experience will reboot your mind and help with the instability and challenges of everyday life. The session will be guided by instruction aimed to challenge as well as relax and unwind.

Registration cost/deadline: NIU student: Free, non-student: $5 by noon day of event.
