Outdoor Adventures: Learn How to Snowboard

Update 1/25/19 - This scheduled trip is now cancelled. Unfortunately we have just heard that the ski hill is not going to open this season because the lift is broken and unrepairable at this time. If you are interested in learning how to snowboard we would happily teach you on our Chestnut Mountain trip on 2/24. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.

College is the time to try new things. Outdoor Adventure Trip Leaders are ready to teach and introduce you to the sport of snowboarding at this perfect beginner hill—step by step—making snowboarding an achievable goal for you! There is nothing intimidating about this trip, you can take your time and we’ll help you learn the ropes at your own pace. In case winter doesn’t keep up, the hill produces snow, but if the weather totally does not permit, the trip will be rescheduled. Included in the registration fee is transportation, lift ticket, instruction, and snowboard equipment (first-come first-serve equipment and sizing), along with hot cocoa and snacks but lunch is not included.  Don’t miss out on a chance to learn how to snowboard for a fair price tag!
