Paddling on the scenic Chicago River is a whole new way to experience the amazing architecture of downtown Chi-Town! The paddle is over 8 miles roundtrip from Goose Island REI to Lakeshore East Park. This is a popular trip, sign up early to reserve your spot. Picnic lunch, transportation, instruction, and kayak rental are included in the registration fee. Double kayaks are also available, please reach out to request a double. 

OA Trip Leaders reserve the right to adjust participant boat configurations in order to mitigate risks and match more experienced kayakers with novices. We will communicate these changes with participants at the boat launch on the day of the event
