Outdoor Adventures: Day Hike at Starved Rock

Spend the day hiking through Starved Rock, one of Illinois best-known state parks. Explore canyons, waterfalls, miles of scenic trails along the Illinois River, and learn about the rich history of this part of our state. We will also visit the lesser known and less crowded and just as scenic Matthiessen State Park.

Included in the registration fee is transportation, leadership, and lunch. All ages welcome! Those under 16 require a parent/guardian over the age of 18 to attend. 

Date and Time(s): Sat., Oct. 22, 8 a.m.-6 p.m. 

Registration cost and deadline: NIU Student: $30, Non-Student: $45 by Wednesday, 10/19 at 11:59 p.m.
