Outdoor Adventures: Camp and Climb
One of our most popular trips! Camp, climb and hike at the Palisades. Join us as we travel to the Mississippi River for a weekend chock full of activity as well as relaxation. All climbers from beginner to experienced are welcome. Our trained and experienced trip leaders will lead you through ground school where you will learn important knots and safety protocol before climbing. This weekend includes options to climb, hike or hang out. Included in the registration fees are leadership, transportation, equipment (rock climbing and camping) and all meals.
Mandatory pre-trip meeting: 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 25 in the Rec Center
Date and Time: 4 p.m. Friday, April 28 to 8 p.m. Saturday, April 29.
Registration cost/deadline: NIU student: $150, non-student: $200 by Tuesday, April 25.
