The Operating Staff Council (OSC) represents all operating staff employees in the shared governance at NIU.  The Council normally meets the first Thursday of every month. This is a hybrid meeting but we are hoping as many people will show up as possible.  Our guest presenters will be Gigi Beaird and Sandra Cox, beginning at 9:10 a.m.
