The Operating Staff Council (OSC) represents all operating staff employees in the shared governance at NIU.  Our first meeting of FY25 will be July 11, the second Thursday of the month. The Council normally meets the first Thursday of every month, however, because July 4th falls on the first Thursday the Council will meet the second Thursday instead.  This is a hybrid meeting but we are hoping as many people will show up as possible.  We will be electing officers for the coming fiscal year.
