**ONLINE** Universal Design for Learning Principles

Wednesday, December 13, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM
The principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) encourage faculty to design courses that are more inclusive, engaging, flexible and ultimately supportive of all students’ success. The approach is to develop educational materials and experiences for learners with a range of abilities. By providing multiple means of engagement, representation, and action/expression, learners have equal opportunity to access, collaborate and work with instructors, educational materials, and fellow students.  Universal Design Principles can be applied to the overall design of instruction as well as to specific instructional materials and strategies. In this workshop, we will focus on the specific strategies that can be effectively applied to promote positive change in the area of course design and delivery. Advance registration required.  Register Now!
