Online STEAM Camp: Nature: Study & Expression

Feeling cooped up and needing some fresh air?
Are you inspired by the color, fragrances and textures of the outdoors? Do you enjoy writing, painting, photography, poetry, or drawing?
Then come with us to discover how science and nature have inspired some of history's greatest writers and artists, as you uncover the diversity of life to be found in your own backyard.

In this camp we will learn how to observe and record nature, and let our curiosity guide us towards our next exciting discoveries.  Campers will have opportunities to create their own nature journal, as well as to explore other creative ways to express their sense of awe and wonder.

Campers will spend approximately 30-60 minutes per day interacting online with the instructor and other campers and another 1-3 hours each day completing independent activities. This camp is recommended for students in grades 6-10.
